Freelance film work is paid per project, by different payers, on different schedules — and the paperwork that proves you are owed money is scattered across a phone camera roll, a notes app, and a shoebox. CrewZei keeps it in one place.

What it does

• Projects — track each production separately, from booked through wrap.
• Invoices & payments — record what you billed and what actually landed, including payroll-company jobs where you never send an invoice.
• Expenses & receipts — capture a receipt in seconds on set, categorised the way film work actually breaks down.
• Expense reports — generate the reimbursement report a production accountant expects, as a PDF, CSV and receipt bundle.
• Reminders — get told when an invoice is overdue, or when a wrapped project still has no invoice.
• Profit per project — see what a job actually earned after expenses.

Pricing

Billing & refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

• Annual plans — full refund if requested within 14 days of the charge.
• Monthly plans — no refund, but cancel any time and you are not billed again.
• We email a reminder 7 days before an annual plan renews.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
